Training this wed,17 March 09

Hi J1s,
As you have been informed,there is training this Wed,17 March at 9.15am at C1-2.Everyone is suppose to be present.
The agenda is as follows:

1) Sharing by Vrinda,Huihong,Jieming,Annabelle and Sebastian on what they learnt at the Debaters Workshop.

2) Debate:
THIS HOUSE WOULD LIFT SANCTIONS ON MYANMAR.

Prop: Lay Yong,Yan Lin,Deniisha,Marcus (reserve)
Opp: Sing Yee, Jieming, Sahil, Kang Leng (reserve)

The following people will be assessing the debate and we look forward to constructive criticism from your end.

Each speech will be 5 mins long and there will be NO replies.

Guys, DO NOT BE SCARED BY THE MOTION. Go read up and you'll realise its very debateable and there are arguments on both sides.Discuss among your team mates and just give it your best shot. It's just a debate within your CCA. Chill. :)
